Today we’re celebrating Patch Tuesday, that special day of the month when Microsoft rolls out fixes for its products, including Windows, Office, and Internet Explorer.

Even though the company previously announced that it planned to release five different updates, two of which were rated as critical, Redmond today revised the Security Bulletin Advance Notification for February 2014 to include two more security fixes for Windows.

Bulletin 1 is aimed at all versions of Windows currently on the market and Internet Explorer, while Bulletin 2 is also supposed to address flaws in the operating system.

As usual, all patches are going to be shipped to users via Windows Update, so no consumer input will be required. Just make sure you connect to the Internet later today to automatically download the released fixes.
