You should clear your browsers cache, Microsoft recommends

Even though some users are still reporting problems with Outlook.com, tech giant Microsoft claims that everything should work just fine.

A fix has been released a few hours ago, the company explains, so users who can’t access the email platform right now are recommended to clear the browser cache or simply reset all settings.

“The error message, ‘We can't connect to Outlook at the moment.’ should be fixed now. If you are still encountering the same error, it is possible that the browser you are using is still getting the bad cache. We suggest that you clear your browsers cache or reset you browser's settings,” a forum moderator said on Microsoft Answers.

The service status page claims that Outlook is up and running, but multiple users have confirmed for us that the email service is down in some parts of the world.
