Three important Microsoft executives working at the Indian division are reportedly planning to leave the company because the Redmond-based giant fails to satisfy their career aspirations.

According to a report published by The Economic Times, Karan Bajwa, enterprise partner group head, Rishi Srivastava, original equipment manufacturers’ division chief and Ranbir Singh, the person in charge with the public sector business, are planning to leave the company in the near future.

The company hasn’t commented on these reports, but Microsoft is clearly losing more and more talents at its Indian division. A total of five executives left the company in the last five years, two of which decided to resign three months ago, while two left to join HP and Google, respectively.

“Microsoft India has a strong leadership team in place with an average tenure of over six years and our attrition levels are under 7% — well below the industry average,” the company said in a statement for the aforementioned source.
