14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft has announced a brand new contest for those who purchased a Surface Pro tablet, in an attempt to show that its Windows 8.1 Pro unit can be used for a wide variety of purposes.
The company thus calls for Surface Pro buyers to post a tweet revealing how they use the device until November 20, 2013, as it’s “eager to hear more about how our tech savvy customers are using Surface.”
Four of those who tweet using the #geekoutsurface hash tag will win a Surface Prize pack that most likely includes accessories for the Pro version of the tablet. Bonus points will be offered for pictures and videos, the company said.
The contest will officially kick off at 10.00 am PT today and will end at 11.59 pm PT on November 20, 2013.
The Surface Pro is Microsoft's first tablet that runs the full version of Windows 8, with the device also able to be upgraded to the recently released Windows 8.1 Pro.
