Microsoft will soon launch the new Windows 8.1 RTM OS update, so the company has started rolling out the final app improvements ahead of the major release.

Xbox Music, one of the Metro applications that are completely revamped for Windows 8.1, has received a new update this morning, with adopters of Microsoft’s modern platform getting the new version via the integrated Windows Store.

The new build comes to address a few issues and brings improvements and fixes to the cloud collection experience, according to the official release notes.

Microsoft hasn’t provided too many details about this new build, but it’s safe to assume that it improves the overall experience with the app on both Windows 8 and 8.1, especially because it repairs glitches reported by users.
