Microsoft has recently announced that it acquired Parature, a provider of cloud-based customer engagement solutions, which already works with several large companies across the world.

Redmond says that the new acquisition will actually accelerate the “Microsoft dynamics vision of helping organizations deliver amazing customer experiences,” with the software giant to continue offering Parature solutions and support to existing customers.

“Parature is a perfect fit for every business and will enable us to offer customers one of the best cloud-based solutions for customer self-service. This is a compelling combination for organizations committed to delivering the best service experience that consistently exceeds their customers’ expectations,” Bob Stutz, corporate vice president, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

IMB, the United States EPA, Ask.com, and Threadless are part of Parature’s impressive customer portfolio, but Microsoft will add several top names to the list, including Pandora Media and Nissan.
