Microsoft and Toyota have once again joined forces to improve the Japanese automaker’s Gazoo.com website in order to attract more local young drivers.

Using Microsoft’s Windows Azure platform, the upgraded website will be available from a wider variety of devices, including smartphones and tablets, thus providing information while on the go.

Visitors will be able to check out Toyota’s latest models, but also to find tourist information based on details provided by their devices.

This isn’t the first time when the tech giant teams up with Toyota, as the two have previously worked on a Windows 8 application supposed to collect racing car performance and provide in-depth stats in real time.

The Trackside app has already been used in real life on a Surface Pro tablet, with many more racing teams expected to follow Microsoft’s lead and make use of similar technologies in the near future.
