A report published by AllThingsD reveals that top executives have already been informed about the “dramatic” changes that are very likely to be announced today.
No specifics have been provided, but it appears that Ballmer wants Microsoft to be more focused on devices and services, with Windows boss Julie Larson-Green to be in charge of a hardware unit that would also include Xbox and Surface.
