Opera came out with a new development build for version 12.10 of their browser. The big news is the introduction of Flexbox, which is a new way to create web page layouts.

However, the fresh snapshot for Opera 12.10 also brings to the table bug fixes, some of them relating to touch support in Windows 7 and 8. For instance, scroll bars should now work with touch actions after scrolling Mail Panel and Mail View with touch. On the same note, the browser can now be started in touch mode.

Other repairs present in this release address problems like Flash from extension window being displayed outside the window or a crash occurring when the quick find field in the windows panel is not empty and the user attempts to open a new tab.
