Microsoft has just launched a new version of OneNote for Windows 8.1, only one week after the company debuted another major update for the app.

This time, the tech giant hasn’t provided us with any details on the new build, but the company most likely focused on fixing bugs and introducing performance improvements for tablets and desktop PCs.

“Microsoft OneNote is your digital notebook for keeping track of what's important in your life. Jot down your ideas, keep track of classroom and meeting notes, clip from the web, make a to-do list as well as draw and sketch your ideas. OneNote is your one place to capture and organize everything,” the app description states.

The previous update brought major features, such as options to take pictures and scan whiteboards and documents, sharing tools, and quick access to recent notes and page thumbnails.

Overall, this is an update that really comes in handy to all users, so download OneNote for Windows 8.1 right now if you’re a fan of the app.
