RoboForm has gone through plenty of trouble lately, especially with Firefox. Version 7.6.5 of the form filler seems to bring to the table a new set of fixes related to Mozilla’s web browser.

Some of the issues repaired in this build of the application refer to form filling: inability to fill in basic authentication prompts for sock5 server, auto-fill dialog would become available only for an instance.

Other functional problems such as visual elements overrides have also been tackled, as some Firefox themes would override RoboForm toolbar. Moreover, “Highlight” button should now work in Mozilla’s browser.

Even more serious problems were addressed, such as slow tab switching or crashes (rare, nonetheless) upon shutdown. On the same note, problems with some memory and resource leaks have been eliminated.

On a more positive note, RoboForm now works in Avant browser.
