Skype is becoming quite an important product in Microsoft’s strategy, so it’s no surprise that a new ad reached the web only a few hours after the company released some premium features for free to a number of users.

This time, Microsoft says that Skype is the best way to get bedtime stories, as the app allows users to call mobiles and landlines for a really low rate when you can’t call for free using the desktop, tablet, or smartphone program.

Skype has slowly become a priority for Microsoft, so it’s now the default messaging app for Windows 8.1 users who want to talk to friends and other contacts.

Of course, Skype is available on a wide array of platforms, including Windows, Windows RT, Windows 8, iOS, Android, and BlackBerry, as Microsoft is planning to offer its high-quality voice services to as many users as possible.
