Fixes the page loading issue present in previous builds

It’s Thursday, so the release of a new snapshot for Opera 11.62 should not come off as a surprise at all. The latest build is 1332 and the focus, as always, is on regressions from the current stable release, 11.61.

Even if the change log is brief, the modifications are pretty important. One of them refers to page loading issues, namely the always loading of the page manifestation. More fixes address crashes, such as when closing a list inside a table with rows followed by a select tag.

The mail module also received some attention, as previous builds would not remember the last selected message in the list correctly after restart. On the same note, the selected message would not be consistent when switching the layout.
