Following the stable release of TeamViewer 7 at the beginning of the month, the development of the remote control software continues with an update bent on fixing some things up.

TeamViewer 7.0.12280 fixes plenty of minor, but highly annoying issues. Examples range from random passwords not showing up on some computers to terminating the connection by simply closing the TeamViewer panel on the supporter’s side.

Some Firefox users might have noticed that the program menus would not show up in their browser. Starting this version they should no longer experience such behavior.

Bugs affecting the functionality of the program prevented file transfers from completing and the connection window not to pop up in the expected time frame. Additional work in this release includes fixing up display errors on computers with 24-bit color depth.

VPN connections were also part of the mending process and the development team managed to improve the performance in this case.
