Steve Ballmer is probably talking to himself in the mirror right now in order to win some extra charisma points, as the Microsoft CEO will hold a speech tomorrow in front of a crowd waiting for Windows 8.

The operating system will go on sale all over the world on Friday and the company has already started its global marketing blitz that brings us tons of advertisements, both online and offline.

Four new ads have been released this morning, each of them aimed at a different market, but all promoting the new features available in Windows 8.

In addition, the company is planning to advertise Windows 8 by unveiling the biggest Start Screen ever in Times Square just after the official launch of the product.

As you probably know, the Start Screen is a wildly criticized Windows 8 feature, as it replaces the traditional and utterly popular Start Menu.
