According to details published in the Store, The Weather Channel now comes with severe weather alerts, an enhanced vide player, updated live tile with location and improved info, as well as with additional details on the current forecast section, such as humidity and wind.
In addition, the application now includes improved location management, easier ability to check past weather data, and lots of bug fixes and performance improvements.
