If you’re on Windows 8.1 already and you wish to watch concerts and documentaries right in the Modern UI of the operating system, there’s an app for that.

Called Qello, this little app allows you to access a large collection of full-length HD concerts and music documentaries on demand, with a wide variety of genres being covered, including rock, jazz, blues, and country.

“Whether you want to watch Beyoncé or Coldplay in concert on your phone; a documentary about The Doors, The Grateful Dead, or JayZ on your tablet, Qello delivers the ultimate music experience - in crystal clear High Definition video. Qello's library of full-length live concert videos spans the spectrum of musical genres, from the 1920s to days, giving every music lover a feast of entertainment,” the app description explains.

As you could easily guess, the app offers support for both desktops and tablets and can also be installed on Windows RT devices, including Microsoft’s very own Surface RT device.

Of course, it’s free of charge, but a subscription is needed to access all content. A free trial is however offered after you install the app, so go ahead and download Qello for Windows 8.1 right now to watch your favorite singers performing live right in the Metro UI of your new device.
