Designer envision a new UI for the notification center

Microsoft has already improved the notification center in Windows 10 build 9926, but the overall look of this feature is still very simple and doesn't seem to match the modern feel of the operating system at all.

That's why designers across the world create their own interpretations of the notification center, and one of the best belongs to Matthew Langdon.

As you can see in the adjacent photo, his concept changes the look of the notification center completely, in a way that not only that makes it a lot more eye-candy but also easier to use because it comprises several features of the OS.

For instance, the notification center includes the typical notifications submitted by the OS, such as emails, app notifications, and friend requests, but also Cortana and PC settings, just like the old Charms bar.

This way, you can get extra room on the desktop, as many users believe that integrating Cortana into the taskbar isn't really productive when trying to keep things organized on your PC.

The notification center obviously has transparency and can be easily accessed from the icon placed in the system tray, just like the one currently available in build 9926.

There's no doubt that this is a good idea about a modern notification center, and although Microsoft is unlikely to implement this design into Windows 10, Redmond would really do itself a favor to have a look at it.
