Microsoft is reportedly working on Windows 9 as we speak, as the company is apparently planning to launch the new full version of Windows next year in November.

Just as expected, Windows 9 will most likely pack a long list of improvements, some of which could also be aimed at the personalization options offered to users.

DeviantArt user Conner Monsees has created what he calls the Personalization screen of the Metro UI, a customization feature that would allow users to change the Windows themes.

While the Aero Themes section doesn’t make much sense given the fact that Microsoft has dumped Aero completely, it still brings an appealing design that could very well be implemented into the next version of Windows.

Of course, the final product has only a slight chance to look like this, but let’s just hope that Microsoft takes notice and uses these concepts for the design of Windows 9.
