New features present, repairs are also available

We were hoping for the stable release for Total Commander 8.01, but it seems that the developer is shooting for perfection and needs more time to refine this revision, and we wouldn’t want it any other way.

Thus, this week we have the fourth release candidate for the file manager, which, odd as it may seem for this stage of development, adds new features.

One of them is related to internal associations and allows you to check more filters in the context menu when multiple files are selected; thus, if the first one does not match, the application moves on to the next one.

The second new addition is in experimental stage and lets you enable using a delayed method to read network folders.

Besides the new functionality, the developer also implemented several fixes for a smoother experience with the application.
