True Launch Bar is an application supposed to improve productivity on every Windows computer by bringing the shortcuts you need the most at one-click distance on your desktop.

An update released this morning comes to make the whole experience with the app a bit more reliable by fixing a number of bugs found in the app, so it’s now possible to drag toolbar tag out of toolbar position, while backup and restore dialog boxes now appear under all windows.

At the same time, True Launch Bar 6.6 also comes with options for the hotspot size and offset entries to auto-hide menus into the Customize Menu dialog box.

No dedicated support is being offered for Microsoft’s modern platforms, which include Windows 8 and Windows 8.1, but the app seems to be working without major issues on these two OSes.

Overall, this is an app that it’s at least worth a try, so download True Launch Bar 6.6 right now to see what it’s up to.
