Minor release that eliminates bugs related to the program list

Uninstall Tool has been updated to version 3.2.1. This is a minor release designed to fix various issues, but it also brings to the table an improvement as far as the uninstall wizard is concerned.

Starting this build the entire uninstall procedure should run a bit faster because of optimized scanning routine.

Repairs in this revision address problems such as failure to refresh the list of programs available on the system after removing one of them. A more important issue that is now eliminated is the impossibility to display some of the programs that are on the system, which were added using Windows Installer (MSI).

Another fix refers to displaying the scroll bar of the program list.
