No new features, fixes Windows 8 interface style

Yesterday, VideoLAN announced that VLC 2.0.3 for Mac was ready. Today, the same version is available for Windows users. It is a minor build that does not introduce any new features on Windows.

The list of modifications is exactly the same, with the exception of Mac-specific changes, of course. However, the new revision for Windows fixes an HTTP request that broke some radio channels, repairs support for some FLV files and eliminates a crash that manifested when opening APE files with ID3v1 tags.

However, there is one Windows-specific entry in the change log and it refers to fixing up some Qt issues regarding Windows 8 interface style.

Other than this, the new build includes updated translations for several languages as well as new localizations, Uzbek and Marathi.
