Maintenance release that does away with various bugs

A new maintenance release has been rolled out for VirtualBox, incrementing the build number to 4.1.16. As usual, it addresses issues affecting components, such as Virtual Machine Monitor (VMM) or VRDP (VirtualBox Remote Desktop Protocol).

In the case of 3D support, the current release brings to the table several fixes for the Windows WDDM video driver crash.

With Windows Additions, the WDDM driver is not loaded if 3D support is not available for Windows 8 guests to keep the guest maintainable in that case. This is done in order to avoid the appearance of a blank screen.

Also fixed in this release is a NAT related issue with a crash occurring when trying to process ICMP datagram under some circumstances.
