The clip uploader claims that dropping the resolution by one level to 1600x900 improves the overall gaming performance and should allow Surface Pro owners run many more exciting titles.
Also, keep in mind that playing games on the Surface Pro drastically reduces battery, so make sure you fully charge the tablet before loading Black Ops II.
