The Microsoft Research lab is currently working on plenty of new systems that could change our lives completely in case they go into production, so here’s a new clip showcasing what Microsoft calls “a new world of intelligent technology.”

As you can see, Microsoft’s future is based on touchscreen devices all over the place, but also on innovative technologies that could interact with human beings easier than any time before.

The company has already presented a new project that could find viral content online based on social media activity, as well as the SketchInsight tool that creates interactive graphs based on pre-defined gestures, but it seems like more such ideas are to get real in the coming months.

Of course, it could take a while before they go live, but it’s pretty clear that Microsoft is trying hard to innovate with this kind of technologies.
