Fixes a handful of issues, none affecting the average user

WinRAR has just been updated to version 4.11, which at the moment is available in English and Norwegian. All modifications available in the new build increase the overall functionality of the application.

The new release does away with four issues, none of them creating trouble to the average user, but being a nag for the more advanced, instead.

First on the list is the app’s failure to store NTFS “compressed” attribute when creating RAR archives. The application would also crash in command-line mode if @filelist parameter was present but there was no “filelist.”

Another squashed bug refers to WinRAR excluding all the files and stopping archive creation if -x*\somefolder\* exclusion mask would be specified.

Last on the list GUI self-extracting archives failing to work in Windows PE (Preinstallation Environment).
