WindowBlinds has received a new update today, getting several new improvements, as well as fixes aimed at Microsoft’s modern operating systems.

The new 8.02 version adds a so-called Modern skin that matches Microsoft’s vision regarding the way a new operating system should look like.

At the same time, it also packs some fixes for the Start8 menu, which means that you can now customize your third-party Start button even more using WindowBlinds.

Last but not least, the update also comprises OmniPage 19 menu tweaks, as well as several fixes supposed to correct bugs and improve performance.

WindowBlinds 8.02 works exclusively on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, so you won’t be able to install it in case you’re running another OS version. Of course, it remains a great UI tweaking tool, so download WindowBlinds 8.02 especially if you’ve already installed Windows 8.1.
