Bank of America has already confirmed that it’s working on a Windows 10 app, and now, according to a new tweet posted a few hours ago, the official release is likely to take place in the summer.

No other details have been provided, but it’s possible that BoA aims to deliver its Windows 10 app at the same time as the Redstone update that Microsoft is already working on and that could be released in June.

“We’ve started a limited internal rollout of our Windows 10 Mobile and are working to bring it to you this summer,” the tweet posted today by the Twitter handle of Bank of America Help reads.

More recently, Bank of America said that its Windows 10 app would launch “soon,” saying it would be released “in the next few weeks on phones, tablets, and PCs.” This means the company was working on a universal app compatible with all devices powered by Windows 10.

Right now, it’s not yet known when the PC version would arrive, given that BoA is only testing the Windows 10 Mobile flavor, but taking into account the fact that work continues on the project, more information should arrive in the coming weeks. Microsoft will probably share some info this week at the BUILD developer conference too, but it’s very clear that the wait for the app continues.
