Ninja Cat is already a famous character among Windows insiders, and Microsoft knows this very well, so it’s no surprise that the company’s trying to capitalize on its popularity every once in a while.

After hiding an 8-bit version of the ninja cat animation in its website to celebrate the 8-bit Day, Microsoft is now offering a full HD wallpaper that’s available to those who manage to crack a binary code.

As you’ve probably heard by now, Microsoft announced a new Windows 10 devices event for October 6, and in the official announcement, the company included a poster that comes with a small binary code in the background.

If you manage to decrypt this binary code, you get a link that provides you with a high-resolution wallpaper of the ninja cat and the famous gorilla that has already appeared in several other animations.

Reddit user iammrinal0 was the first to crack the code, so he provided us with a direct link to the wallpaper, which you can also find attached to this article in the original 1920x1080 pixel resolution.

As far as the event is concerned, this is the moment when Microsoft’s expected to take the wraps off several new devices, including new Lumia 950 and 950 XL running Windows 10 Mobile, Microsoft Band 2, and the Surface Pro 4.
