New improvements shipped to users of the productivity suite

Microsoft has released a new update for its Office productivity suite on Windows 10 Mobile devices to deliver new improvements for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint that were previously tested with help from insiders.

Italian site Plaffo writes that the new version of the Office productivity suite on Windows 10 Mobile devices is 17.7466, which coincides with a version that Microsoft released earlier this month for insiders. So it looks like the testing program was successful and no major bug was found, and the company is now shipping the improved productivity suite to everyone on its smartphone platform.

According to the official changelog published by Microsoft at the time of the original release, version 17.7466 brings chart elements in Office Mobile apps, so you can now add or remove chart elements like titles, data labels, or legends. This feature requires an Office 365 subscription, though, so you can’t use it if you have the free version.

Additionally, this version also introduces options to edit your charts in Word Mobile, including chart type, layout, color, or chart style. And last but not least, it includes some OneNote improvements as well, such as settings to share an individual page or add table sharing in the app.

Just as usual, the new update should be available in the store, and if you can’t see it just yet, it’s because it takes more time for the new versions to ship to everyone across the world.
