Fixes and performance improvements now up for grabs

The Windows as a Service approach that Microsoft has talked about so often brings us OS updates and app improvements at a much faster pace, so today, it's the turn of several pre-installed programs to get their own share of enhancements.

Windows Alarms & Clock, Maps, Groove Music, and Movies & TV apps have all received updates this morning, but just like it happened with the latest releases, Microsoft apparently forgot to provide us with a change long.

So it's probably safe to assume that you won't find any new big feature after installing today's updates, as they most likely bring performance improvements and bug fixes that are supposed to make everything run smoother on Windows 10 PCs.

Windows 10 came out on July 29 and since then, Microsoft most likely received a huge amount of feedback, so these updates are probably supposed to fix the majority of complaints that the company received since then.

Obviously, everyone is recommended to download and install these updates as soon as possible, but in case you are still using the default OS configuration, the new versions might already be there, as the store is configured to automatically install everything for you when new versions are out.

Otherwise, just fire up the store and check for updates, as they could bring fixes for the bugs that you didn't even know existed.
