Microsoft has just released a new update for the Windows Device Recovery Tool that adds support for several new phones, including the NuAns Neo, which is currently one of the most unique Windows phones out there.

Available with a pretty cool design and offered with various covers made of premium materials such as real wood and leather, NuAns Neo is currently on Kickstarter, so if you want to see it alive, you know what you have to do.

The Windows Device Recovery Tool is the go-to app whenever something goes wrong with a Windows device, and it allows emergency recovery to repair broken firmware or OS update installs. It’s also a very helpful solution for insiders who want to leave the program and return to stable builds, so every new update for the app is quite important.

The new version, 3.7.1, which is available for download right now for all Windows users, brings support for four new models, namely Trinity NEO, Unistrong T536, VAIO VPB051 and YEZZ Billy 4.7.

Other than that, this new version most likely includes some other bug fixes and performance improvements as well, so if you were using the app to install new firmware updates on your phone, make sure you get it too. Updates are likely to continue in the coming months, so expect more new versions to land soon.
