Issue with save directory for magnet links receives a fix

uTorrent has been updated to a new build that delivers a handful of fixes relating to the performance of the application.

There are also two changes available; one of them refers to the way connections with packet loss are killed, which is now done through a retransmit counter and not based on a timer. The other prioritizes the deletion of the necessary torrents before anything.

Repairs in this revision dealt with sending MTU probes, the save directory issue for magnet links that was resolved in the add torrent dialog as well as the bad outgoing request_peer DHT message when filename length was over 100 characters. A possible deadlock when reporting a hang has also been eliminated.

This is a beta build and, as such, it is designed mainly for testing purposes. Using it as the default torrent client is not advisable as glitches are very likely to occur.
