The one feature introduced in this revision, 3.2 build 26850 beta, is displaying the allocating status of torrents.
As for the fixes, this build should no longer cause trouble with auto-copying files to devices/iTunes while they are being downloaded. Additional work has been done to fix the issue with missing upload slot when extra uploads is on.
Furthermore, among the fixes the developer also listed the problem with the save directory column not being updated.
