The official LINE universal app for Windows 10 has just been updated with support for mobile devices too, so users who are currently on Microsoft’s new smartphone OS can get it from the store right now.

Previously, LINE was indeed launched as a universal app for Windows 10 but was only available on PCs, with the company saying that it was still working on the mobile version. An update released today finally brings the app on Windows 10 Mobile devices too, along with a series of improvements that are not disclosed in an official change log.

LINE is one of the most popular mobile messaging apps, providing you with the essential feature pack to stay in touch with friends and family online.

The app comes not only with the regular text messaging options but also with call and video support, so you can easily talk to your contacts using your data or Wi-Fi connection. Furthermore, you also get features that can significantly improve the experience with the app, such as stickers and emoticons, as well as options to customize the chat.

With Windows 10 support, the same look, feel, and features arrive on PCs and smartphones powered by the OS, so it’s great to finally see devs interested in this new approach. For those who want to give a try to LINE on Windows 10 Mobile, you can find the link here.
