Microsoft has released new Windows 10 cumulative updates earlier today and because many users have previously experienced quite a lot of issues with these patches in the previous months, the company is adopting a more cautious approach and wants to help fix any problems should they occur.

KB3156421 is an update that brings improvements on Windows 10 computers running build 1511 (November Update) and just like before, the company recommends everyone to install it as soon as possible. Since it’s a cumulative update, it includes all patches that were released before, so it brings a Windows 10 computer fully up-to-date.

But after so many problems experienced with Windows 10 cumulative updates, Microsoft is afraid that this new version could cause issues too, so it’s now asking for users to share information should they come across any bugs after installing KB3156421.

“We're back! Any issues with the May updates #KB3156387 and #KB3156421 on #Windows10, please tweet me. Thanks!” Microsoft engineer John Wink said in a tweet today. If you want to send feedback to John regarding today’s cumulative update, you can tweet him at @johnwinkmsft.

Just like all the other cumulative updates, you can get this new one via Windows Update and obviously, you’re strongly recommended to install it as soon as possible. We’ll keep an eye out for issues experienced with this update and we’ll keep you posted.
