PrintEnvelopeVisual is a lightweight solution for anyone seeking a quick and easy method for generating simple labels or business cards.

The program can be especially useful for persons charged with administrative or secretarial tasks. Small-business owners might also employ it efficiently in order to generate business cards. Short memos or other notes could also be drafted using this resource.

The interface is somewhat confusing, as partial language mix-ups are noticeable. These are rare, but a single GUI language is a highly recommended improvement.

Barring this issue, the interface is quite pleasant to work with (the gold-theme seems to go great with the intended purpose of the application), although some windows are quite loaded with buttons. Also, the fact that the windows are not resizable does little to improve the overall user experience.

There are two modules from which users can choose when creating a new file: a “Labels generator” and an “Envelopes creator”. Both labels and envelopes can be customized with regards to the side margins or page width and height.
