If you find it difficult to get up every morning you most likely use one or more alarms to prevent being late, or completely missing an event. However, alarms aren’t just for late sleepers, and can be used as general reminders for just about anything. In case you spend a lot of time in front of the computer, Alarm Deluxe helps out in this regard.

On the bright side of things, Alarm Deluxe can be your personal method of setting up reminders, because it doesn’t take you through a setup process to ensure functionality, so it can easily be carried around on a thumb drive. Note, however, that the computer you use it on needs to be fitted with .NET Framework, but modern Windows iterations come with it as a default feature.

There’s no alarm created by default, and launching the program only shows up the clock at first. Hitting the “new alarm” button expands the window with the required fields you need to fill in, such as the time and date, message to display, and whether or not to make it recurrent at a custom interval specified in hours, minutes, and seconds.

When set, the window can be minimized to the tray area so it doesn’t take up any precious desktop space. When the time comes, the application window shows up with the specific message. There’s the possibility to snooze for a custom number of minutes, or disable the alarm for now.

Last but not least, the application can even come in handy in case you got a busy schedule ahead of you. Multiple alarms can be configured, with a new alarm slot added every time you hit the “new alarm” button. In case you want to have it ready when reaching the desktop, you can place a shortcut of the EXE inside the system Startup folder.

All things considered, we can state that Alarm Deluxe is a decent alarm clock which is sure to satisfy your requests of an efficient alert system. Multiple alarms can be configured with ease, but only a message alert can be set up.
