Staying up to date with time is an important part of every activity. Windows tells time through a simple taskbar clock, but there are an abundance of third-party clocks available over the web. For instance, BeatNik Internet Clock aims to blend with any work environment, set up alarms, and always tell the exact time.

Once installed and launched, a clock shows up on the desktop, sitting on top of every other window. This isn’t necessarily an inconvenience, especially since the clock takes up little desktop space.
