DigitalClock is a lightweight software application whose purpose is to help you read the time from the comfort of your desktop with the aid of a digital clock and set up alarms in order to remember important events. It can be deployed on all Windows versions out there.

You may keep the program stored on pen drives or other similar devices so you can carry it with you all the time. Plus, you may get rid of it with a simple deletion task because it does not leave remnants in your Windows registry.

DigitalClock sports a small panel where it integrates all tweaking parameters. You may opt for hiding the configuration panel from the main window and make the application show only the time. The time is expressed in hours and minutes.

You may also access the configuration settings by right-clicking on the clock’s interface. It may prove to be a bit difficult to set up alarms and change the looks of the clock directly from the primary panel because everything looks very minimalist so it’s not that easy to guess the exact function of each parameter.

A help manual is not included in the package so you need to experiment a little bit with the built-in options. You are offered the possibility to switch between five display colors of the clock, enable the 12 or 24 hour format, opt for LED or LCD mode, dim the clock, configure alarms with user-defined sound notifications, and show popup messages.

Tests have shown that DigitalClock carries out a task quickly and without errors. It does not eat up a lot of CPU and memory resources so you do not need a powerful computer to run it.
