Meeting Timer Pro

Meeting Timer Pro is a lightweight clock and time management program whose purpose is to help you track the time until your next meetings and count the time used for delivering speeches and presentations.

The tool sports a straightforward design where you can check out the current time in hours and minutes, and view the remaining time until the next meeting.

By default, the main panel is placed at the right side of your screen. You can move it anywhere on the desktop and resize the primary window.

Meeting Timer Pro gives you the possibility to schedule meetings by specifying the start and end time. You may choose between several preset values or manually input the desired ones, and set the number of participants.

What’s more, you can work with a countdown timer and stopwatch to verify how much time you need for presentations, as well as start or resume the timers. Several buttons are implemented in the GUI for helping you quickly activate countdown timers with preset time values (1, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes).

Another important configuration option worth being mentioned enables you to set a break timer by specifying a certain number of minutes or a custom hour.

Meeting Timer Pro comes packed with several settings under the hood for helping you integrate the program within PowerPoint, show a meeting cost counter, configure the buttons displayed in the main window used for triggering the countdown timer, make the GUI transparent, and show the countdown timer in the taskbar.

What’s more, you can keep the primary panel on top of other utilities, choose the startup location (e.g. left or right side of the screen) and size, and configure all sorts of warnings during and at end of the timer, such as turn timer yellow, blink timer, flash the screen, show popup notifications, and play sound.
