There’s no setup involved to make the application work, so you can go ahead and see what it’s all about from the moment download is done. This also means you can have it stored on a thumb drive in case you want to use it on the go, but make sure that .NET Framework is on the target PC, because it’s a mandatory requirement for functionality.
