Many people use their phone to see what the time is but, when in front of the computer or around it, looking at the PC’s monitor to check the time is only normal. Windows displays the current time on the lock screen but on the desktop the clock is tiny, usually shown on the right side of the start bar. It might be inconvenient to check it out from afar. Simple Big Clock is a lightweight and plain application. As its name clearly suggests, it displays a large analog clock on the desktop. And that is practically it. There are no options, no menus, no additional tools.

Evidently, one might say that this software tool is not worth trying, since it does not come with extra features usually found in this kind of desktop utility. There is no alarm clock or a timer. You cannot even change the time zone, as this is automatically detected. Instead, you get a plain large desktop clock that shows you the time.

On the bright side, the clock does not interfere with your work. It stays active in the start bar until you press the ESC key, which is the only way that the application can be closed.
