Working on a computer can mean a lot of things. Regardless of the activities, it’s a good idea to keep track of time you spend on your activities, and this isn’t really a complicated task. As such, specialized applications like StopWatch can make it easy to monitor different tasks, by starting a timer and counting laps.

On the one hand, you might want to know that the application isn’t packed inside an installer, so it’s good to go from the moment download is done. As such, you can even carry it on a thumb drive in case you want a personal timer at hand, regardless of the computer you use. On the other hand, you need to make sure that .NET Framework is on the target PC.

The interface design is pretty straightforward, making it easy for individuals of all levels of experience to get the hang of things. The window can be resized to enable more view space for all laps.

The timer starts at the press of a button, next to which you find necessary controls to save a lap, and reset the timer. Apart from the timer, the application comes with a text pad in which laps are saved every time you choose to. There’s not really a limit to the number of laps you can save. Moreover, you can also add custom text to the pad in which lap times are stored.

You can pause the timer at any given moment, and choose to reset it in order to start over. On the bright side of things, the application comes with a save function which allows you to export the list of lap times to a TXT file.
