Task Timer

Task Timer is a user-friendly and intuitive application that lets you easily create and manage unlimited projects and tasks combinations, that have a starting and ending time, so you know exactly when you began a particular assignment.

It's wrapped in an accessible and clean interface displaying a tree structure of all the projects and tasks, and a toolbar with the available options, which may help efficiently handle all the records.

A new activity may be inserted, by accessing the menu, and giving it a fitting name, a short description, an estimation time, and if it's active or not. Once made, you can add to its multiple appointments, by specifying the same information. They may be deleted or duplicated anytime. It's possible to import text from another source and use the undo and redo arrows when needed.

The timer for each item can be stopped, played or canceled, and the projects edited at any given time. Task Timer lets you view all the available events, and sort them by various criteria, like date, name, task, time or comments. A graphical chart displays items percentage division. Plus, they can be split in other several smaller records, by changing the date and the activity, as well as join them back together, when finished.

If you want to show all the completed or ongoing assignments, the app lets you generate different filtered reports to exclude items whose raw duration does not exceed the minimum value. You can change the report options, by inputting a title and subtitle, modify the display font, and show the print date.

The database may be backed up to a safe location on the computer, and later imported into the program, in case you encounter problems. Another useful feature is the ability to sync the files with an iPhone device or server, which you may need to set up.
