World Clock is a program designed to keep track of the time in different parts of the world, or to find the international dialing code for any country.

World Clock is a Windows desktop accessory that shows the current date and time in cities of the world on a map. The map can be shaded to show night and day, and may be overlaid with cloud cover from recent weather satellite images. The map is resizable and can even be used as your Windows desktop wallpaper.

Tech-Pro World Clock 2 keeps world time information at your fingertips. Point at the system tray icon and a balloon tip pops up showing the current time in up to 8 cities. There's also a Time Finder that lets you search for a country and city by name. When a match is found, World Clock displays the current date, time and international phone dialing code for that country.

World Clock can set your computer's system clock using an atomic clock that can be accessed over the Internet. You can choose whether to do this manually, or automatically, using World Clock's internal software or the Windows Time Service (Win2K and XP.) If you have dial-up Internet access, World Clock will wait until you start an Internet connection before trying to contact the atomic clock to perform the update.
