Web Clipper: Easy Screenshot for Chrome

Even though it's definitely the most popular of the bunch, Google Chrome is not exactly the most feature-packed web browser out there. This, of course, is hardly an issue since Google's browser is backed up by the most comprehensive web store where you can find dozens of extensions, for practically any job.

That said, if you're looking for a quick way to upgrade Chrome's screen capturing capabilities, you could give Web Clipper: Easy Screenshot a chance. We would like to mention right from the start that the main reason for using this particular extension is its utter simplicity.

There are three screen capturing modes at your disposal, readily available either by clicking the extension's toolbar icon or directly from the contextual menu. You can opt to capture the entire screen (but really, it means the whole web page), only the part you're currently browsing, or select a custom, user-defined area.

Your screenshots are saved in PNG format, and they're automatically saved in Chrome's default or user-picked location. Of course, you can improve the way you work with this tool by heading over to its Options menu and by selecting the "Ask for location to store screenshots" option. From the same menu, you can also choose to add timestamps to your screenshots, as well as determine the delay between each capture (in milliseconds) and the scroll offset values.

Of course, a few extra features would have made this extension better suited for a wider range of users, but the fact of the matter is that there are already a few full-featured Web Clippers for Chrome out there.
