Aura Starter

If you usually feel relaxed in the middle of the nature, than you will be glad to find out that you can bring a piece of the nature on your desktop. Aura Starter is an application that can play different soothing sounds, allowing you to build a calm, inspirational and comfortable working environment. Unlike the full version, the Starter edition has less features and can be used freely, both for personal and commercial use.

After installing the application, you will notice that Aura Starter is minimized to the system tray. Actually, this is where you can configure the sounds you hear and the application's options.

There are only two alternatives to choose from in Aura Starter's configuration. The application automatically reads information about your computer time and changes to whatever mood is suitable. If you want to change it, just click on the drop-down list to check your alternatives, namely the sounds of the forest during the day and during the night.

Aura Starter features support for a limited range of sounds. In other words, you will only be able to add it sounds issues by birds and insects, with all the other options being grayed out. For each type of sound, you can select the frequency to play it.

Additional options enables you to configure Aura Starter to start with Windows, or set an alarm clock, either using a local file or an embedded one. As such, not only that you can use Aura Starter to fall asleep with the comforting sound of nature in your ear, but you can also use it to wake up in a pleasant manner.

Aura Starter allows you to enjoy the sounds of nature while working or, why not, when you want to fall asleep comfortably. It is simple, needs no complicated configuration and, while the majority of the extra options are not available in this edition, the Starter can give you an idea of how the full application actually works.
