In this regard, HandyMenuM8 puts some useful location shortcuts, and power options in an intuitive tray menu.

The application integrates in your system shortly after installation, and no restart is required to make it work. It directly goes to the tray area on launch, with no prompt to let you know it’s there, but it’s easy to tell by the new corresponding icon. Note that .NET Framework is required to make the application work.

Normally interacting with the icon has no effect, but this can be changed from the settings panel. It’s possible to either make everything appear on left click instead of right click, or have just the settings panel appear in order to avoid accidentally triggering any power option to lose any unsaved work.

Approximate computer uptime is shown, but for for more accuracy, and faster access to the set of features, you can force the application to start with Windows so it’s ready by the time you reach the desktop.

All things considered, we can safely state that HandyMenuM8 is sure to come in handy as a fast solution to power off your PC or perform other related options. It even provides shortcut to some common default OS management operations, and deserves a try overall.
